VINEYARDS: Wine obtained from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in hilly vineyards trained with guyot system. The soil is gravy-calcareous.
VINIFICATION: Climate and weather during the hand-harvest was really good. White vinification. Soft-pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel autoclaves under controlled low temperatures.

Colour: straw yellow
Bouquet: delicate and persistent with slightly citrus fruited and peach notes.
Taste: pleasant and fresh, fruity.
FOOD MATCHES: Ideal for all dishes, this wine is recommended with appetizers, sea fish first dishes. Perfect with white meat.
