VINIFICATION: Grapes are very good selected. Maceration with skins for 9-11 days. Fermentation under controlled temperature of 24°C. Refinement in tank.

Total acidity: 5.20 g/l.
Residual sugar: 7.10 g/l.
Total dry Extract 38 g/l.
Colour: intense ruby red colour
Bouquet: ample and fragrant, tempting with a delicate scent of red berry fruits.
Taste: velvety, round, rich of fruity notes, long-lasting finish.
FOOD MATCHES: This fascinating wine pairs well with red and white meat and semi matured cheese.
SERVING TEMPERATURES: Serve at 16°-18°C.
